We have moved to agile! Also, we no longer have a dress code policy.
Open plan/modern agile workplaces. The informal dress code policy dictates that so long as it�s respectful, you can wear it (i.e. we can dress authentically).
There is no formal dress code, but the general workplace sets its own standard of smart casual. I think this is a perfect balance between comfort and maintaining a good standard for the workplace. The office space is newly renovated, looks great and encourages interaction between employees. The space echoes quite a lot, but is not a big deal for me.
