It was a very involved process that included an application, video interview, psychometric testing, Super Saturday (group and individual task, and interview), and a final round interview. My experience was positive despite how full on the process was.
The interviews themselves were fine compared to other jobs I've gone for but it did involve three separate interviews (30 mins telephone, 1hr in person, and 1hr in person) which were often requested on short notice that made it difficult for me while working full-time in my previous role
Positive - Friendly partners and nice to meet the team prior to starting / offer etc.
Clerkship intake - Resume and short answer response, cognitive test, video interview, in-person assessment centre (comprised of 1x interview, 1x group assessment and 1x individual assessment), second round interview - and 2x cocktail nights during process
