Since I have started at Grant Thornton, I feel that I have seen a number of staff receive a promotion which is great to see. I think there are always opportunities if you are willing to do what it takes to move to the next level. Because of this, I believe I could fulfil my career aspirations at Grant Thornton.

We have a platform to give and receive feedback in a timely manner. There are many opportunities to discuss with those who you have worked with for more direct feedback. Annually we have a formal process filling out self reflections and presenting our feedback to our managers, where they will evaluate as a management team and fairly decide. Your performance manager will evaluate based on certain topics and what you have written additionally evaluate you themself based on those topics. There are certain ratings you get based on your performance and feedback. This will drive whether you are promoted and far up you do. Personally I think this works very well and happy with this process. We are provided many opportunities and it is very fair.
