Some of the managers are very good whilst others are not. The ones that are good make for great mentos and approach internal communication and feedback really positively - they very much aim to make sure I am learning. However, some of the managers have micro-managing tendencies or simply don't support at all.
My manager is very understanding and relaxed. He is very easy to talk to and open to have chats whenever.
Our managers are extremely accessible, each grad has been able to get their own counseling manager and this helped for all of the small silly questions that we have, and they have helped welcome us into the business. On jobs in particular managers don't seem detached from the work that we are completing, and will communicate with us regularly.
My manager is excellent - communication is easy and very approachable, feedback and recognition is common otherwise upon request should you want any specific feedback.
