Fairly standard in terms of video interviews, assessment centres and face-to-face interviews.
The interview process and assessments were standard to other companies however the assessment centre was run very smoothly. The assessments itself were very doable and not theory based, making it simple.
Was quite good, good communication with us at all points, got back to us quickly as well.
There were many stages in the process which would have filtered out a lot of candidates prior to a formal interview with a manager.
