Applying for graduate roles in general is very lengthy and time consuming. The culture fit tests, aptitude tests, then online video test question interview, then from that seeing if you get offered to come in for an assessment day, then interviews with the manager, then if you get through the interview with the manager, you may have another interview with the partner sometime after that and then once you've been through all those steps over the months you may be offered a role.
I found the interview process engaging. I had never done a group interview before but it was nice to speak with other graduates and employees that already work at the firm before starting the job.

There was an assessment centre and an interview past that.
I joined through internship I set up for University. It was one of the offerings, I contacted the personnel with my resume and letter. They got back to me almost immediately and set up a meeting with the personnel soon after. I had one interview for the internship and was chosen, I received an email that same afternoon. At the end of the internship, I had an closing interview. I was offered a graduate position to start the following year.
