I feel that I am always being provided with opportunities to learn new skills. For example, I completed a job that was very heavy with excel formulas. I didn't have a strong understanding of all excel formulas at the time, however, the following week I was given the chance to complete an excel course which afterwards made me feel that I could do the same job again but quicker and better.

Each week is an opportunity to learn, management will assign us training relevant to our daily tasks. Feedback is always accessible by asking others formally or informally, they are always happy to do so. They also take feedback if we as a team request more training.
