Extremely flexible
My employer is extremely flexible. I like to start early in the office and will still finish at around 5pm, however, if I do have something personal on during work hours I feel completely confident that my manager would be happy to assist with making it work.

We can work remotely, depends on finishing your work adequately.
My hours are consistent everyday but they are quite flexible depending on the situation. They are very understanding and will help accommodate you. There are more restrictions during the busier period but nothing unreasonable. They are very clear what they expect and give you plenty of time. If things come up then they are happy to discuss arrangements.
