With experience ability to progress to higher roles/level
Hall & Wilcox provides great career progression pathways and strong mentorship. I know that every July, the company holds a major promotion round, where high performers are given opportunities. There are also many examples of people progressing all the way from graduate to partner.
Unfortunately, I have not explored much the potential of promotions with HW. It isn't something that is discussed in great detail as a graduate. I have noticed that most higher roles have either been here since the firm only had one office, or they have moved from another firm into a high role. I do think HW supports career progression in any way they can, I just don't know much about the climbing process yet.
