I liked that your gender, name and background are removed from the initial screening and recruitment process. I think this is an example of their commitment to diversity and inclusion. My graduate program cohort is also very diverse and filled with people from a multitude of backgrounds. It is a very diverse and rich group I think, which is really nice to see.
