I really appreciate with the tasks I have been assigned. I have had exposure to a wide variety of matters, and the firm places a lot of trust in me, giving me every opportunity to learn. I often take the initiative to drop different types of documents, and I also join my mentor and other senior lawyers in client meetings, discussions with barristers, and even mediations and court proceedings.
Some teams will suit others better. I enjoyed the work in one of my rotations more than the other. Day-to-day tasks include meetings, reviewing documents, taking meeting minutes, preparing court documents, drafting letters.
