The interview process was thorough and personalised to my own experiences both within and outside of law. It presented a valuable opportunity for the firm to discover more about me, but also for me to learn more about the firm.
I had a great interview experience with the firm. The partner in my interview was genuinely lovely and it was evident that they were interested in getting to know me as a person to determine whether or not I would fit in with the firm. I have only selected 'difficult' given that legal graduate positions are notoriously difficult to obtain due to the number of graduates applying for a position.
From memory the clerkship process consisted of an online one-way interview, an in-person interview with HR, a grad and a partner, and finally a cocktail night.
