Low key and relaxed conversation style interview
I spent quite a bit of time during the online application and preparation process, thinking through my answers, doing research, and reflecting on my fit with the company. However the interview itself was a very enjoyable experience. Both the HR and the partner were very approachable, and the whole process felt more like a friendly conversation than on formal interview.
Very straightforward and seamless. There was no ridiculous psychometric testing (to my memory).
The most relaxed I have ever been in an interview, and genuinely the first time I have ever felt like the employer cared about getting to know ME rather than my grades.
