Orientation and online modules
As a graph, I have a mentor who is incredibly important to me. She is a highly skilled lawyer and also very patient - often guiding me step by step, not only in the technical aspects of my work but also in helping me think about what kind of lawyer I want to become. In addition to mentorship, we also have compulsory training sessions throughout the graduate program, both online and live. If we feel that something is missing we can also request additional training ourselves.
I haven't received as much feedback or mentoring as I would like. Many people are caught up in their own work and sometimes it feels imposing to request feedback. However, the feedback I have received has been helpful and some individuals have been very patient, kind and lovely when I seek their guidance and help.
