I've had incredible training. I have had really great mentors, feedback sessions and opportunities for development. Being the size that we are, I have been on the front foot of many matters, at some points even having the opportunity to lead meetings with clients as a grad. It has been incredible and I have learnt so much not just technically but also professionally.
Again this is team specific. The team I work it we have regular training sessions and learning opportunities. I also receive coaching from seniors in the team, along with the juniors in our team.
