Managers are accessible. However, they have their own tasks to complete. In terms of support, there is no shortage. During your time as a graduate, you will meet hundreds of individuals and it is your job to network and find those who you align with and those who are able to support you. This does not mean to only put time into people who can fast track your career or those in senior roles. It is those who understand the business and can attest to your work ethic. Finding a good mentor is key. This is done through your effort and results in your rotations. Performance feedback and recognition as Graduate is evident. However, there are times where I will ask how I performed or if there are things I can do better. Managers will be more than happy to offer advice or simply praise your efforts.
