My entire role is based on learning, which is great, but I have yet to have the opportunity to be able to take ownership of anything which can be quite frustrating at times. It feels like no one knows what to teach you or don't know how to teach you or give up some of their responsibilities, it takes someone going away or being sick for you to really gain that experience.
One example is the visible leadership training. This one-day course opened my eyes to the importance of leading by example, and overall safety at work.
