Most time, not possible to do remote work given the industry and scope of work. Starting/ending time open to be discussed with manager/coordinator.

Due to the nature of the business and the role of a graduate, there are times when work consumes your week. However, it is relative. Time in Leiu is offered and there are flexible arrangements when possible, like working from home depending on your role. Parts of this operation run 24/7 in which if something goes wrong you are expected to be present and provide support. The times I have had to work excessive hours, I have asked for time in Leiu and have never been denied. To be successful you need to commit to this Graduate Program. However, that does not mean giving up all of your time and the business understands that and are more than fair in ensuring you are compensated fairly.

Remote work is difficult in this industry, but where my rotation allows for WFH it can generally be agreed upon. They have been very flexible in my first few months here

Work hours don't include the 1-1.5 hr commute to and from work. Employer is flexible with working from home arrangements, when necessary, e.g. not feeling 100% to come in, or have an appointment during the day,
