Yes, as a grad hard to know as it can be team dependant and unsure where I will land with rotations. However, noting three grads in the cohort above are going on an international secondment and multiple going on interstate secondments, there is a strong investment in the growth of the talent.
Until admission (usually August of your first year) you are a graduate. After then you are promoted to a solicitor. After the 18 month graduate program (3 x 6 month rotations), you become a settled solicitor in a practice group. Then around 5 years PQE you can apply to become a Senior Associate. The pathway after that is either becoming an EC or Partner, which would likely take another 5-15 years.
