They did not make you complete multiple stages of assessments or undertake psychometric testing. I had an extended interview in quite a conversational style. I was also paired with a partner who aligned with the interests and background as set out in my application. All in all, it really felt like they were trying to set me up for success and genuinely cared about cultural fit.
Standard as compared with other firms through clerkships and the grad employment. Only one interview is helpful.
I had one interview at the firm, which was one-on-one with a partner of the specialisation of my interest. The interview went for around 1 hour, and was very casual. The firm also put on several networking events and assigned each candidate with a buddy to catch up with over coffee both before and after the interview to check in.
Limited psychometric testing. Interview where I felt I was being treated as a person with interviewer taking a real interest in my career trajectory.
The application process and interviews were standard. The majority of the Graduates are selected from the clerkship pool.
