The firm does not use any take away coffee cups at the cafe, with everyone required to bring down a mug from the kitchen on their level. However, on firm lunch days the firm uses disposable plates which is quite wasteful. We do have recycling and compost bins on each floor.
Like other Australian corporates, a big focus on AI is likely to damage sustainability efforts. Ban on takeaway coffee cups in internal cafe a good move.
The sustainability efforts are good, with recycling and circular economy initiatives. There are also opportunities to volunteer with Landcare!
