
There are countless opportunities to upskill both through internal and external CLE sessions. Even at the graduate level, the firm allows you to attend industry events and will often get industry experts in to speak about specific areas of interest. I am frequently given feedback on my work that really helps me understand the value my work is adding and how I can leverage my strengths to better assist my team.

Structured training programs for graduates in all practice areas. Each graduate is assigned a buddy, supervising SA and supervising partner for each rotation. Regular catch ups with each are scheduled in with formal feedback sessions in the middle and end of each rotation.
I have felt a very strong commitment in my development from a number of the most senior partners at the firm and have learned a huge amount throughout the graduate program.
There is structured and regular workflow meetings, practice-group and sector-specific training sessions. You are also encouraged to opt into training in areas outside of your practice group, which interest you. There are also conferences and external training sessions!
