Training can be inconsistent depending on team and not always will people come and try and give you training although if you make an effort to reach out to people they will always be helpful and willing to teach you.

Honeywell does prioritize learning quite heavily so that's been good. Going out to site and learning from the more experienced team has been great. That being said, I could really use more formal learning - seems like even if I ask for proper certification it never gets scheduled.
