We have a dedicated Graduate Program which has been fantastic.
The training program is satisfactory but could be improved. I think there could be more targeted and practical training for graduates. I think that it would be good if more training was in-person instead of online. I have constantly received performance feedback which has been both positive and constructive which is great
The graduate development program has been invaluable. This includes weekly/bi-weekly sessions that cover the basics of practising law, research and workplace culture.
