Very flexible. Whilst I'm not able to regularly work from home as a graduate, I am allowed to on occasion if necessary. I am not expected to work long hours, only those that are set for me.
Many associates and those above will have at least one working from home day a week. They are accommodating toward appointments if you need to start or leave work early
