For graduates, we are not encouraged to work from home (which I understand). My employer has been flexible and allowed me to work from home if I have an appointment to attend, or if I'm working from the office, allowing me to attend and leave when required to attend appointments.
The hours are good for a law graduate. The only negative is not being able to work from home/remotely/ I know it is usual for graduate to not work from home, but the policy says that "professionals" can work remotely two days a week and I know a lot of first year solicitors feel like they cannot
