Hydro Tasmania offers graduates hands-on experience, professional development, and the opportunity to help shape the future of renewable energy in a supportive and innovative environment.
The highlight of the company is the culture. As as graduate i have worked in multiple teams, and I'm surprised by the amount of collaboration and support provided in all the teams.
Depends who you work with, some individuals make the experience not very enjoyable. Expectations are high, borderline unrealistic at times. Most people are willing to listen to questions and attempt to help. Negative culture - Inconsistent, vague. Positive culture - Supportive, encouraging, challenging.
Very difficult currently due to working from home. Team work is limited due to this. Socialisation does not happen a lot, but there are some online social meetings that happen.
