Managers are very accessible and make exceptional mentors. Internal communication, performance feedback and recognition is approached professionally and consistently.
During my time with the company, I've had some great managers who are good mentors and provide recognition and feedback. However, I've also had some managers who were disconnected and uninvolved. My supervisor was extremely approachable, a great teacher and eager to impart information onto me. I could not ask for a better mentor.
