I'm not very familiar with the issues mentioned in the question, but as far as I know, there is no gender discrimination or racism in IMC. Many of us come from different backgrounds and are still getting along well with each other as well.
The company does an admirable effort in promoting and encouraging women in a field that is overwhelmingly male, although a male bias is still present in some sectors. Its employees are very ethnically diverse and (to my knowledge) there is no discrimination on lines of ethnicity or gender with regards to retention or promotion.
Very diverse ethnic and gender on all positions.
