There is possibility for growth to a manager role but beyond that seems a bit difficult. Everyone in such senior roles are really experienced and have been in the same company/industry for years.
I am not certain if there are many career promotion possibilities in my role in my specific sector of the business. I have found a lot of people in this business have been here for a long time and there isn't much room to climb the corporate ladder as there aren't that many open job opportunities.
I've only been part of the graduate program for around 6 months, so it's still early to comment in detail on promotion opportunities.
I am not sure yet as I have only been here for a few months, however, it seems like people stay in this business for a while and as a young starter there will be plenty of promotion opportunities as older colleagues retire.
