
The culture is the main thing that can be worked on and improved. It's more of a "get things done" culture and because of that I believe there is less of team bonding. A lot more can be developed in this space which is also an important factor especially for people starting out.
Culture is definitely lacking. Again, it is an older business with an older generation. There are new younger, more open people being hired recently and i can see some slow changes being made.
It is a small team with very little hierarchy aside from an operations manager, but it is very social and lots of laughs are had which makes work enjoyable.
