To be blunt in a transitional period due to change to open plan and Departure of key people.
People there are quite easy to approach and easy to socialize and cooperate with.
The workplace culture is excellent, everyone is very welcoming, honest and genuine. I would say the genuine nature of the employees is the most refreshing part of Infra Builds culture. There isn't much afterwork socializing that I have been exposed to, but I am not worried too much about that, although the corporate office seems to foster that. The hierarchy is more tall or vertical than flat, but there is obvious career progression for long serving employees and practically no elitist undertones.
