Extremely accessible I can simply call them if I need anything or advice. They make great mentors and expose me to a full range of the business. I have weekly meetings my direct manager and team meetings once every two weeks. They often give feedback, praise and recognition
I can just approach them as long as they are not in the meeting. My manager is quite knowledgeable in everything. If he doesn't know a particular thing, he knows who to ask and directs me there. There is a platform for feedback, recognition and the like but I usually have one on one meeting with my manager.
My direct manager is excellent, they are very knowledgeable, accessible and patient. I also have multiple supervisors available to provide technical support if required who are very responsive. There is a formal performance review process which is strictly adhered to, which is excellent. Day-to-day praise and feedback are lacking, but it is easy to get this if you simply ask for some feedback.
