I am learning a lot of new skills in my role. i am getting a lot of hands-on experience. i get to help with the launch of campaigns, graphic design, copy writing, creating digital and print media, networking etc. My days are very varied and i really learn a lot of things daily.
I do contract controlling for my day to day tasks as well as running an uptime improvement meeting. Most of my work is project based such as drawings, or continuous improvement plans.
Maybe because it is the beginning and they want to take things slow. It is challenging but not very challenging. It takes time for other team members to collaborate with you and sometimes you can see how things happen slowly when it is related to your work. You might be working on end products that are important but people take it lightly cause you're working on it. Things are getting better with time, but meaningful work is yet to happen where everyday you learn something or face a different challenge
