The build I am in is old and open plan thus loud. Long pants and sleeves with covered shoes.
The company emphasizes on safety and the people there are quite friendly and are willing to help
The location and facilities are the most challenging areas for Infra Build. The mill is in Rooty Hill, which is quite far west, difficult to get to and hosts a community I am not used to culturally. The facilities are quite poorly kept and poorly decorated. It's understandable that mill itself is dirty and aesthetically industrial, but the offices are also pretty dirty and lack color and taste.
