It was well structured. It took a while for them to come back and communication was a bit slow during that period but otherwise it was smooth
Interview was strange originally. The role was in Newcastle however was speaking with someone from Melbourne about the interview. The person who i was speaking with didn't know Newcastle very well and couldn't provide me much information on the location of the site/interview. I never received an email or text with location details so was really relying on what i could hear on the phone call offering me an interview. I missed my original interview because i couldn't find the location. Once i was able to communicate with someone from the area, they were much more helpful.
The interview process was smooth and professional. It involved multiple stages including an online assessment and a video interview, followed by a panel interview. The communication was clear, I was given enough time to prepare for each stage
It was different to most, as I was called up later after being initially rejected. The interview was quite good and the process was quick.
