There is great exposure given to learn new things. You can take up tasks beyond business as usual and gain skills from different spheres of work. They give you a great feel of how things are done and while doing it, help you learn which is in my opinion the best way to learn. Most people are happy to explain, clear doubts and teach you things.
They offer a lot of opportunity for training. I have basically done a whole other degree from working here. There is a level of training they expect to invest in for each employee which is really good. You can get training in anything you would like really and the business will help you. They love it really.
The grad program has given me hands-on learning across operations and supply chain. I've picked up practical skills and received helpful feedback from my manager. Looking forwards to more development opportunities ahead.
The yellow belt training was very good, and the graduate development course has been good, however I would prefer it to be in person and allow more socialising between graduates. 99 percent of my learning has been on the job rather than training, but there are apparently more technical training courses to come in the future.
