In my team training and knowledge sharing is encouraged. As a graduate I have Development beyond learning which is fine, I had to lower my score one of these classes used harmful and out of date information. I have weekly catchups with my manager and month catch ups with my graduate mentor

There are training meeting and they will really teach you step by step though I can't tell you much since I joined in the middle of their graduate program instead of their usual start, so my induction was quite rushed and I was put in to work almost immediately not that I minded.

There are a series of very informative on-site inductions and in house training that provide a foundation for site specific knowledge. In regard to specific safety internal/external training is forthcoming and organized very efficiently. There is also a great culture of sharing technical expertise which is important. It is a bit early for me to comment on formal technical training, some colleagues (graduates) have missed out on this, whereas others are getting the training they require. Currently, I feel confident that I will get all the formal training I require to do my job to the best of my ability.
