Typical 9-5 The work arrangements are pretty flexible. People are understanding and you can work from home as well. There are options to work remote after 1 year
Work is on Site. The hours are flexible for example if you arrive early, you can leave early after you work the required hours for the day.
My employer is quite flexible with hour and working arrangements. If i need anything or need to work from home for a day for a specific reason, they are quite understanding. Being an older business, I do find that most who have been working here for a while do expect you to work overtime (unpaid).
I am not usually able to work remotely as the nature of my role requires me to go out on to the shop floor. My manager is very flexible and I could choose my hours to a certain degree if I preferred working early or later etc.
