Quite satisfied with the work hours. You can start work anytime in the morning as long as you fulfil your working hours. As for working arrangements, you may be allowed to adjust your working arrangements after a year of working though I'm not quite sure on how they do this since I just started.
The work hours are quite flexible; we have the ability to start our day anytime from 7 am - 9 am. Our supervisors and colleagues are more concerned with output rather than work hours. The culture is respectful of your personal life and focused on fulfilling the responsibilities of your role within work hours.
