My line manager and I have a good relationship. Sometimes it can be hard asking questions to people that have worked here for many years because some things I'm not sure of seem obvious to them.
It depends on manager by manager. Some were able to give clear guidance and support when needed. However, some were micromanagers or didn't have a clear set of expectations for a Graduate. In general, I was still able to learn from them, able to communicate my goals and manage my work.

The manager's I have had during my time here each have invested heavily in my development and have worked closely with me to ensure I am thriving in my roles. Everyone I have encountered has been willing to answer questions and help increase my understanding of different areas of the business. I have regular catchups with my managers to ensure we are aligned, and I can receive any feedback that is relevant to the tasks I am currently working on. I have received mentorship from lots of different stakeholders within the business, regardless of department. Most people here want to see you succeed and will put in the effort to ensure you can.
