Base pay for a graduate working in an office environment is on the lower end of the national average when working in an office environment (38hrs/wk.). when working on project delivery on site the pay is substantially better to account for the 50hr working week/living away from home.
I am very satisfied with the pay at my current level as a Graduate Engineer
