Workplace culture is great where I currently am. We have a team in a local sports competition we compete in after work hours.
The corporate offices have mainly been largely empty though this is changing due to the rto initiative. There are monthly social activities though these do not have a massive attendance especially by younger employees. Within the graduate cohort there is a better cohort although most social events are organised outside of work.
There's a tendency for people to just come in, get their work done and leave without much interaction with people. Sometimes offices can be very quiet as well, with people working from home or being sent to different project offices. There are regular support/socialising events and a good support network. Depending on the team, you may have scheduled team activities from time to time.
