The role is challenging from day-to-day.
I am satisfied with my tasks as they interest me and are less admin based than others i've seen. I focus on the assurance of systems, ensuring they work as intended and verify they meet requirements/expectations and will interact with the public well (human factors, risk management, etc). There are many chances to code and automate some tedious excel processes as well (macros, vba, python), and power bi is used regularly to visualise data.
