I have been given the opportunity to complete various trainings (lift training, commercial acumen).
Most of the graduate program and mentorship offered by the company is focussed towards the engineering and construction graduates and there are fewer opportunities for employees in other departments.
Theres a mentor program that's been really good, and the graduate network are always organising new workshops to learn skills. Training in your team is very dependent on workload/management. You may need to sort your own further training/reach out to people rather than wait for it to come to you. But there's many development opportunities. People are generally happy to have a chat and help answer your questions and provide guidance, especially for graduates.
