For interns, there was some traininig programmes, primarily to prepare for public speaking and presentation making. A big pharma level quality presentation is hard to get. We were also given a buddy and a mentor, which was extremely appreciated to understand the organization. I was able to network a lot, and people were really receptive to meeting 1:1 and helping out.
