From what I have experienced at the graduate program introductory sessions, the promotion possibilities and personal development is satisfactory and commensurate with other tier firms.
Once I am admitted I get promoted to Associate. From there you get promoted to Senior Associate, Special Counsel and later Partner. It seems like time and effort spent are the main drivers leading to a promotion.
