Very flexible but I think it is very dependent on who you are working for at the time. When extra hours are needed everyone pushes through to get to the finish line but its certainly not an expectation that you're in on weekends as a general rule.
There are obviously some busy periods that require extra hours but for the most part there is no pressure to stay late and work long hours. You are encouraged to leave at a reasonable hour. I know a lot of friends at other firms who work weekends and all hours of the night but that is not encouraged at JWS.
Quite flexible - on days with sport training I get in early which ensures I can leave on time
