The Graduate Program is a year-long program. You have the opportunity to finish the program in 9 months, depending on how you are progressing through the four modules. There is no pressure to finish early, as everyone progresses at their own speed. Depending on the project's you work on, you may not have great exposure to all aspects of the modules. The business is good at accommodating further exposure in areas that you may be lacking experience. You just need to communicate this. The program provides a good foundation of the four main components Project Manager's deal with on a daily basis. Once you have been signed off, you Graduate as a Project Engineer (Assistant Project Manager). From this point, there are opportunities to progress to Project Manager, Senior Project Manager and so forth as you progress throughout your career.
