Each day is different which is great. i have to work on three different projects at a time, so the tasks differ from each one. typically i am constantly tracking items for each project and have to meet deadlines with payments and issuing information.
Tasks range from approving contractor delays/costs, attending site meetings/contractor progress walks, reviewing contracts and documents to inform clients.
During the past year as a graduate at Johnstaff i have worked on Healthcare and Education Projects alongside experienced Project Managers. My responsibilities included cost management of consultant/Head Contractor invoicing, Reviewing RFIs and EOTs, minute taking, preparing reports, following up with consultants daily, scheduling meetings, attending site meetings and statusing progress.
